Supply and installation of shade sail.
The
purpose of this letter is to thank all of you for your good work.
My wife and I would like to confirm that we are delighted with our
new sails on our front deck. Our deck faces the east and for half
the day it was almost unusable, happily we now have full use of
the deck and look forward to using it more.
We would also like to express our appreciation for the professional
and courteous approach taken by your staff during the process. This
was apparent from the outset. Stuart listened to us and was able
to transcribe our concepts into an acceptable plan.
Installation was done when promised, and the quality of the sail
and the installation unquestionable.
Aesthetically the style and colour of the sails compliment our house,
we have an old uniquely styled timber home. From the outset I was
concerned that sails may detract from the classic styling of the
hose. This is certainly not the case. I think the sails have made
the front of the house more attractive and I like the open feel
they give to the deck.
